1. How to order on the Internet?

  1. You will need your mail offer and your order form.
  2. Enter your Key Code Number in the space provided. The Key Code Number is a 4 digit code which allow you to order items from your printed promotional offer quickly and easily. The Key Code Number is located on the upper right hand corner of your order form in a yellow box.

  3. If you are a returning customer, your Customer Number is located in a pink box (next to your Key Code Number) in the upper left hand corner of the order form you received in the mail. Your customer number is attributed after your first order.Code Client

2. How do I place an order?

On the right of your screen you can see a small version of your order form. To begin your  order click the button TO ACCESS THE ORDER FORM. It is here that you choose your gift and indicate the products you would like to purchase.

You will immediately find every zone of your order form on a single page.

3. How to delete a product from my order?

At any time, you can delete product from your order by clicking the button Delete on the input screen.

4. Where to visualise the amount of my order?

The amount of your order is visible at the bottom of the page’s order form, or by clicking the upper right basket of the screen.

5. How to validate my order?

Once your order is seized, click the button at the bottom of page VALIDATE MY ORDER.

7. What is the delivery time?

Your order is processed immediately by Yves Rocher. Please allow a maximum of 10 business days for delivery of your parcel.

8. How I can be sure that my credit card information is secure?

On the Yves Rocher website, your transactions are completely secure.
When you choose to pay by credit card, we use a secured server. It sends all data to your bank, using a method of encrypted communication and thus unreadable by any third party (SSL).

No.
Orders placed on our site www.yvesrocher.ca/order  can only be delivered in Canada. To place orders to be delivered to another country, please consult the list of countries where Yves Rocher is established at www.yves-rocher.com
